Advanced lifters are defined as lifters who have been continuously training for several years. An advanced lifter will have a more detailed and complex program. Their bodies will be very adapted to the stress of training. Their bodies will be highly efficient, enabling them to execute movement patterns with perfection. There are many ways we can design a program for the advanced lifter. The main point of these programs is to determine what types of advanced training strategies have been used in the past and building on that. If we can introduce new strategies to the advanced lifter, we can help continue to make progress for some time.
