How It Works

Every new client begins with an initial assessment. The assessment will take anywhere from 90 to 120 minutes to complete. We will cover the following…

  • Create a profile regarding your current and past training history

  • Identify past injuries or conditions that may limit or affect your training ability

  • Identify your current needs and goals

  • Walk you through, step by step, the program that we design for you

  • Design a nutrition plan oriented around your goals

Once the initial assessment is complete, you will be either scheduled weekly for 1on1 visits, or we will email you your program to perform on your own as part of our Coaching Program.
