Intermediate

Intermediate lifters are taught more advanced methods of building strength, because the novice effect no longer works for them, intermediates have to develop a longer terms strategy to continually build strength. Intermediates can also begin playing around with more advanced concepts to fat loss and accumulation programming as well. The standard beginner program can still work with fat loss and accumulation with some minor tweaks and updated methodologies.
